The fruit is harvested at its peak ensuring the sugars, tannins and character of the differnt varieties carry through to the juice.

We blend several varities throughout the seasonal calendar, including – Braeburn, Fuji, Gala, Jonagold, Limelight, Spartan, Worcester.
